This project was designed and implemented to establish an intelligent web-based platform for monitoring more than 7,000 telecommunication sites across Tehran Province. By leveraging the Flask framework as the core development technology, the system provides a scalable, reliable, and efficient solution with high flexibility and speed.
Through the regional clustering of sites, the platform enabled more precise management and monitoring of each location. Key capabilities offered to network specialists included:
